Each felt tip liner consists of a felt tip imported from Japan for a precise yet softer touch and glides on the eyelids smoothly. 

As with our signature winged liner sets, our single felt tip liners are smudge-proof, waterproof and are made free of parabens.

The felt tip liners are available in black and brown formulas.
