How long will my double headed wing stamps last for?

The wing stamps should last for 3 months (on a once-a-day daily usage basis).  

I have just bought the winged liner set. What should I do if the ink on one side of the double headed wing stamps is not as dark as the other side?

The double headed wing stamps are connected by one common ink channel. In the event that there appears to be only ink flow to one side of the wing stamps, fret not! Place the double headed wing stamps (standing) vertically, with the end not having any ink flow at the bottom. This will ensure that the ink flows to that side of the wing stamps.

Thereafter, store the double headed wing stamps horizontally for even ink flow.

Are the ingredients vegan and are the products made free of animal cruelty?

Yes! Our ingredients are vegan and the products are made free of animal cruelty.

Are the products made free of parabens?

Yes of course!

How do I remove the ink from the winged liner set on the eyelids quickly? 

You may simply use (any brand of) micellar water on a cotton pad to remove the ink from the winged liner set effectively. 

Shipping and Order Related Queries

Can I cancel my order or change my address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations or changes to addresses once orders are placed as they are processed almost immediately.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

We will investigate any lost orders with our shipper before proceeding with a re-issue of your order. Please note that we will not be liable for any orders that have been scanned as delivered.

For international orders, we will not be responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Singapore.

What happens if my order is returned to The Feisty Chick?

In the rare occasion where packages are returned to our warehouse due to incomplete addresses or where the packages are not claimed by the recipient, we will issue you with a store credit (in the form of a code or otherwise) which shall be equivalent to the value of your original purchase. Such store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Please note that no shipping costs will be refunded in such an occurrence.

Refunds and Exchanges Related Queries

I ordered / purchased a product recently and now it is on sale. Can I have a refund or a partial refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer price guarantees. Therefore, we will not be able to provide any refund (or partial refund) if the product you purchased goes on sale thereafter. We encourage you to subscribe to our mailing list to receive notifications on exclusive discounts.

Does The Feisty Chick accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges (save for the two exceptions below).

In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged product, please contact us at hello@thefeistychick.com with a picture of the damaged product within three days from the date of receipt. We will then proceed to replace any damaged product upon receipt of your email and picture. Shipping costs will be on us in the event of such occurrence.  

I have an allergic reaction, what recourse do I have?

In the event of any allergic reaction, please stop using the products immediately and consult a doctor.

For a refund of the product price due to any allergic reaction, please contact us at hello@thefeistychick.com with a photo of you (and the allergic reaction) and a description of the reaction within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will then examine the situation (and may request for the return of the product for examination as the product should not be more than 15% used). Thereafter, we will proceed with a refund of the product price that you have previously paid. Please note that there will be no refund on any shipping costs previously incurred.
